why rahulwho?

For the longest time my class mates, teachers and staff at design school could never pronounce; let alone spell my last name.‌‌ The success rate of getting my name pronounced correctly in the US was depressingly low.
‌
‌So, when it came down to creating my own graduating design portfolio I had this idea of playing on my name and clearly addressing a very serious issue - not getting my name butchered. ‌Ever.
‌
‌rahulwho was coined and has stuck on ever since. This ingenious idea has helped get dates, start conversations, make interviews and meetings interesting. It still does.
‌
‌I love the play on my name and I'm proud of it.
